  We have been coming for 9 years on our wedding anniversary.... always loved it... not this year! I made reservations.... let them know it was our anniversary as usual. The man at the checkin desk didn't even bother to check our reservation... he treated us as a walk in.... quite abruptly seated us without fan fare. Our drinks didn't arrive until well into the meal and our dirty plates were left on our table. The meats were very well done.... almost inedible! We did not receive the anniversary champagne or dessert we have always been offered in previous years. $165 dinner of over cooked meat and non attentive service really ruined our special occasion. Doubt we will return.

  This place is awesome. The atmosphere here says "we make great food that you need a reservation for" it's a little pricey but when you serve the finest, tastiest cuts of steak you can see why. Try the garlic steak. It it oh so heavenly I would like to see their chicken selection open up a little bit more.

  My very first time here and I had high hopes for this establishment.. I was quite disappointed at the management. There was hair in the mashed potatoes which grossed me out completely. The manager on duty stated that it must have just came from the air. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I've never been disappointed at Texas de Brazil. We should have just waited the two and a half hours for the reservation where we're always satisfied..
